Returns & Refund Policy

Returns You are eligible to return a product if it is damaged or does not match your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The return must be initiated within 5 business days from the purchase date.
  • The product must be in its original, unused condition. Items damaged or modified by the customer will not be accepted.
  • A copy of the original invoice or bill must be included with the returned item.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a credit or refund will be processed. Please allow up to 14 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
